I have started a sweater for my sister about five times now, and I cannot seem to figure out the pattern. It seems to be fairly straightforward instructions but I have a tendency to make simple things rather complicated. The sweater is currently wound into neat little blue balls and patiently waiting to be knitted into something wearable. Everything I need for it is together in a pretty bag and waiting until I come back to it.
So, in the meantime, until I have calmed down from this most recent fit of not being able to get past the first few rows, I have made friends with another Saroyan. This one is pink and sparkly. It will probably be given as a gift, but that hasn't been decided 100% yet.
