Well, yesterday's trip to the eye doctor was productive. My eyes are healthy other than needing a new pair of reading glasses. Since I read a lot, I'm looking forward to once again being able to actually see what I'm reading and note having to guess at the words...
After my eyes were dilated, everything was really fuzzy and I had to wait a few hours until I was able to knit again, but I survived. The pair of glasses I picked out are rather charming and should be here within a couple of weeks. I'll post a picture :)
